Hello! I am Tara Gosselink. I am a Health and Fitness Coach for women.

 

I understand the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle with a desire for improved physical and mental health.

 

As a mother of three young boys, I know firsthand the juggling act that is modern motherhood. That's why I specialise in helping women develop healthy habits and a positive mindset around their bodies and health, with a realistic approach that fits into busy schedules.

 

I began my journey in the Health and Fitness industry over a decade ago. Through my work as a Certified Personal Trainer, I quickly discovered a passion for helping women transform their lives through health and wellness. I am studying Advanced Nutritional Counseling to deepen my understanding of how to best help my clients achieve their goals.

 

As a coach, I specialise in helping women overcome mental barriers and limiting beliefs, developing practical strategies for meal planning, exercise scheduling, and goal setting through building strong habits that last. I believe that lasting change comes from within and that developing a healthy relationship with oneself is the key to long-term success.

 

I understand that for many women, finding time for self-care can feel overwhelming, and I work closely with my clients to develop realistic goals and strategies that fit into their busy lives.
